Ocean Advanced Research (OAR) is a New Orleans-based company providing medical support for commercial, scientific, and recreational diving activities.  Under the direction of Dr. Keith Van Meter, an internationally-recognized expert, OAR provides ADCI physicals, medical support, TBM air-lock system operations, and on-site hyperbaric chamber support and operation.

With well over 100 years of combined experience, OAR staff includes: Board-certified physicians, qualified mid-level providers, hyperbaric nurses, diver medical technicians, and certified hyperbaric technologists.  OAR can supply the equipment and skilled, experienced personnel necessary for complete medical support of on-shore or off-shore diving operations, caisson and tunneling work, or critical-care hyperbaric treatments.
